The Plus Two Supper Club ("we", "us", "our") is a private dining experience that brings together seven professionals for a single dinner. By using this website or attending one of our events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Attendance at a dinner is by personal invitation only. Invitations are non-transferable and may not be passed to another person without the express consent of the host or organiser. Accepting an invitation constitutes a commitment to attend. If you are unable to attend, you must notify us as soon as possible using the "Can't Make It" link in your invitation email so that your place can be offered to someone else.
Where a dinner requires pre-payment, payment must be made in full via the link provided at the time of booking. Prices are as stated in your invitation. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received.
Payments are made directly to the host via their nominated payment link (e.g. Monzo or PayPal). The Plus Two Supper Club does not process or hold payments on behalf of hosts.
If you need to cancel your attendance at the dinner, please let the person who invited you know. The host may be able to find someone else to take your place. Refund decisions are at the discretion of the host. If a dinner is cancelled by the host or organiser, they will get in touch with you and you will need to arrange for payment to be returned to you by the host.
When you register for a dinner, we collect your name, email address, job title, company, industry, location, and any dietary requirements you provide. This information is used to organise the dinner, communicate with you about the event, and maintain records of attendance for the purposes of running future events.
We do not sell your data to third parties. Your details may be visible to the host of the dinner you are attending. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
This website uses essential cookies only — specifically to maintain your login session as a host or authenticated user. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. You can choose to reject cookies via the banner on your first visit, but essential cookies may still be set as they are required for the site to function.
All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees and the host. We reserve the right to remove any attendee from an event, or decline future invitations, if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or harmful to others.
The Plus Two Supper Club acts as an organiser and facilitator of private dining events. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from attendance at an event. Hosts are responsible for the safety and suitability of their chosen venue.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of the site or attendance at events constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
